Get Out Get Active

Get Out Get Active (GOGA) programme that runs across the UK, supporting disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy being active together.

Below are two examples of how their work has brought physical activity opportunities to face more barriers to activity that others.

In the first you'll learn how, as Covid-19 restrictions lifted, GOGA teamed up with Tedworth Equestrian Centre to deliver a series of sessions for disabled and non-disabled people to be active with horses.

The second case study details how GOGA is working with social prescribers in Amber Valley to support disabled and non-disabled people to be more physically active.
